Danny Cash Stays Cool Caribbean Hot Sauce

Danny Cash Stays Cool is currently one of our best in-store sellers. We have it available for sampling along with 8 other hot sauces and it is purchased frequently when people are given the chance to taste it and compare it with other sauces. Maybe that's because the ingredient list is fairly short: Green Serrano Chile Peppers, Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice, Fresh Garlic, Vinegar and Salt. The awesome thing about this sauce is you can actually taste and identify each of the ingredients. You get the deep, rich flavor of the Serrano which is offset nicely by the fresh lime. You know that the garlic is there but it is respectful of the other flavors. Vinegar, in this case, is the vessel to transport the other flavors and it's done with just the right amount.

 

Danny Cash says that the heat level is a 5/10 and we are inclined to agree. It is in the medium section of the sauces available for tasting and recommend it for fish and chicken but it is great on just about anything.
